The rower includes a Bluetooth auto-adjust monitor (BAM) Interactive Performance Monitor (IPM) displaying time, speed, distance, stroke rate, calories per hour, watts, and 10-level resistance adjustments. It is fitted with a heart rate receiver compatible with main HR belts and height-adjustable footplates with an Advance Heel Cradle for optimal foot placement.
